• Consultation of Interrogation – examining positionality, unconscious biases, race, ones understanding  of racial trauma and various intersecting traumas (religious trauma,  sexual orientation trauma, etc.), colonization and decolonization of  education.   

• Consultation of Curriculum Gaps – examining how to incorporate anti-racist pedagogical teaching  practices regardless of discipline, positionality, experience, and level  of engagement.  

• Consultation of Institutional Inequities – examining how anti-racist pedagogy forces interrogation of  educational institutions that participate in an inequitable  institutional system. (e.g.: Discipline of Medicine – Black &  Indigenous Reproductive Health – inequities in reproductive pedagogy  results in Black and Indigenous health disparities in reproductive  healthcare)
